WORKFLOW
1. Initial contact
Understand the needs of the owner, living environment, special preferences, budget and schedule...etc.
2. On-site measurement
The designer will go to the site to communicate with the owner and take photos of the site for design reference.
3. Floor Plan
To obtain the necessary approval for the preliminary planning and to establish the design outline.
4. Design Appointment
Sign the design contract and make any necessary amendments to the draft design. Discussions are held with the owner in parallel.
5. Detail Design
Complete all necessary details and descriptions in accordance with the final design and discuss with the owner in parallel.
6. Quotation
Once the design and materials have been confirmed, we will provide a complete quotation for the project.
7. Project Contract
Signing of the works contract to gain the owner's trust and enter the works stage.
8. Completion and Handover
Acceptance by the owner and completion of the project.
